Questions
Do I need a ticket for my kids?
Nope! One ticket ($1) covers your whole family — up to 6 people, including kids. Just enter the total number of family members when you get your voucher.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
We love pets, but for everyone's safety and comfort (it's a busy event with lots of food and families), we ask that you leave pets at home — service animals are always welcome.
Is the event free? Why does the ticket cost $1?
The $1 is symbolic — it helps us get an accurate headcount and manage capacity at the venue. It is not a fundraising fee. If you'd like to support the event further, there's an optional donation at checkout.
Is my ticket refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, since the small fee is used for capacity planning, not resale.
What time does the event start and end?
Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Your voucher is valid only on that date and time.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking on-site at the church lot, but spots are limited and first-come, first-served. Once full, please use nearby streets or rideshare.
What should I bring?
Just your QR Code voucher (on your phone or printed) and your family!
What happens if it rains?
The event happens rain or shine, with covered areas available. If severe weather forces a change, we'll email all ticket holders and post updates on our social media.
I'm a vendor — how do I get a SPOT?
Head over to our SPOT Map page — you can pick your region and SPOT size right on the interactive map and reserve it online in a few minutes.
As a vendor, what's included with my SPOT?
Your SPOT space (10x10 ft standard), a listing on our map, and access to the crowd all day. Tables, chairs, canopy and power are not included unless noted — bring your own setup.
Can vendors set up before the event starts?
Yes, vendor load-in starts at 2:00 PM, two hours before doors open to the public, so you have time to set up comfortably.
